My journey into HR began with a keen interest in understanding people development and organizational dynamics. With a solid foundation in HR practices and continuous learning, I’ve cultivated a career spanning 15 years, contributing to the success of organizations through strategic HR initiatives.

3. You’re the group’s People Partner. Tell us more about what you do?

I'm committed to integrating strategic HR practices, talent management, and employee engagement to contribute to a positive workplace culture and support the company's success.

4. The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped work dynamics. What are some of the challenges and opportunities this shift has presented for your HR team?

The shift to remote work presented challenges such as maintaining team cohesion and addressing potential burnout. However, it also opened opportunities for increased flexibility and a more diverse talent pool. We adapted by implementing flexible work arrangement policies, prioritizing employee well-being and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.

5. The well-being of employees, including mental health, has gained significant attention. How have you addressed these issues to support employee well-being?

We introduced wellness initiatives like sleep management and yoga sessions. Our flexible work arrangement policies and remote work options contribute to a supportive environment that prioritizes employee well-being.

6. Given the fast-paced nature of our industry, how do you adapt to these changes both in terms of recruiting new talent with relevant skills and ensuring existing employees stay current?

To keep pace with industry changes, we have adopted agile recruiting strategies, leveraging technology and data analytics for recruiting talents.
