CHALLENGE
Despite being a leading Arts College, NAFA’s online identity suffered from a staid brand image and an outdated website design. It wanted to embark on a complete website revamp to revive its cache among its young target audience, ultimately attracting prospective students to its wide variety of study courses.
APPROACH
We immersed ourselves in a set of User Research the College had undertaken to understand the brand positioning, student profile and needs of students who were looking to pursue a course of study at NAFA. This was followed by intense site re-architecting and aggregating course information to chart out the most intuitive pathways for Students to find what they were looking for to apply for their desired course of study.
The website revamp was built on the Sitefinity CMS platform and boasts a fully responsive website design to cater to the smart-phone generation. The responsive website design is clean, fresh and youthful. The content strategy includes integrated social media feeds for current students to share slices of life at NAFA, including videos and other visual content to bring the arts college to life to prospective students.
