CHALLENGE
Reebonz is an online luxury fashion retailer and a go-to destination for buying and selling pre-owned luxury items through online sale events.
Being one of the first and more successful companies in this space, it was facing increasing competition from newly emerging brands that had similar propositions.
The client approached us to conceive a social media marketing campaign to build strong word of mouth to generate new fans to grow its customer database.
APPROACH
Tapping on the online sale event purchase behaviour of their customers, we came up with a social media campaign - Reebonz LIVE - which features a surprise sale item at a designated time every day. The item would be announced on Facebook,
and Users had to guess the price of the featured item.
The event was broadcast “LIVE” everyday, and participants logged in via Facebook to submit their guess.
Users who submitted the closest guess to the actual Reebonz retail prize of the item would get to buy it for that price.
