“What impressed us most was BLS’ adaptability and the insights they shared when we informed them that the revamp of our corporate website needed to take into account SG Enable’s entire digital ecosystem which consists of diverse stakeholders
and multiple related websites. They impressed us with their professionalism, enthusiasm and ability to help us think through the decisions we have to make."

BUSINESS CHALLENGES
SG Enable is the focal agency for disability in Singapore. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives.
The organisation was looking for a partner to revamp their corporate website which needed to encompass all of its services and programs and house the various sub-divisions under one roof.
The task was to design a place that can help SG Enable raise awareness on disability issues, facilitate access to disability schemes and services and inform companies as well as the general public how best to get involved.
APPROACH
UX Research
The team undertook detailed user persona studies (from desk research to qualitative interviews), various stakeholder workshops (offline and online) as well as quantitative research to fully understand the pain points and interest
areas of each user, coming to the corporate website.
This allowed BLS to understand where the key pain points of each of our complex and very different user personas were and what type of information they are looking for on the corporate website.
This guided the architecture of the website as well as it’s content structure.
UI Designs
Based on all our learnings, we designed the User Interface, following closely all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to ensure a smooth journey for every user.
